What are your standard delivery times and costs?
We offer standard delivery within 3-5 working days for £5.99. Next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday for a fee of £8.99. Free standard delivery applies to all orders over £100.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We are unable to deliver to international addresses, including the Channel Islands, due to customs restrictions on alcohol.
What is your return policy for damaged or incorrect items?
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.
Can I include a personalized gift message with my order?
Yes, you can add a complimentary gift message at the checkout stage. This message will be printed on a gift card and included within the packaging, and no pricing information will be shown on the packing slip.
How should I store my wine once it arrives?
Sparkling wines should be stored in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature, ideally between 10-13°C. Bottles should be kept upright or horizontal; however, we recommend horizontal storage for long-term aging to keep the cork moist.
Are your wines suitable for vegans and vegetarians?
The majority of Chapel Down wines are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. We use non-animal-derived fining agents in our production process. Please check the specific product description on our website for individual bottle certifications.
